Hugh Haysman returns to the Bloods

2015 premiership player Hugh Haysman returns to West Adelaide Football Club in 2020 after initially moving to Essendon in the VFL.

The small forward said, “I am back in SA to put myself in the best position to get the most out of my footy this year in what has a whirlwind for myself among many others.”

“Back in March I caught up with Derek Bonner and Wayne Siekman and hearing the direction the club is moving in was exciting.”

“With Essendon VFL not going ahead this year I knew it was the right decision for my footy to come back to the SANFL, and after speaking with WAFC I was super excited to get back here after what has been positive preseason both on and off the field for Gav and the players.”

“We have a list here that is continuing to develop which is an exciting time for the footy club and I am looking to fast tracking that by sharing my experiences so far in senior footy with the younger boys in the group.”

“I am looking forward to pulling on the Guernsey again with a great bunch of boys.”

After doing a full preseason Hugh is fit and ready to go.
