From the Bays to the Bloods – Callum Park signs with West Adelaide

The West Adelaide Football Club is delighted to announce the signing of young talented defender Callum Park from Glenelg.

At 20 years old, Callum is a quality young player with an incredible left foot and will be a great addition to the back half in 2022.

In his first season of senior football last year, Callum played 14 games for the Bays and then in 2021 played a further 8 matches.

Callum is excited to be joining the team he grew up supporting and although he is grateful for the opportunities he had at Glenelg, Park states there isn’t a club he would rather be at than the mighty Bloods.

“I’m grateful for the opportunity West Adelaide Football Club has presented me with. I grew up at the club watching my brother (Scott Bricknell) play 100 games over 10 years so it would be great to follow in his footsteps and to see the club and playing group rise up the ladder in 2022.”
