Men’s Team Selections: Round 1

Round 1 of the season that almost wasn’t is finally here!

Nathan Batley will play his 100th league game this Sunday against North Adelaide. Nathan played 50 games for the Eagles before moving to West Adelaide. Well done on 100 games Bats!

Making their debut for West Adelaide is Jordon Boyle (Central District), Josh Koster (Glenelg), Mitch Taylor (Wanderers) and Unley Jets recruit Mitch Duval who has been named in the squad will debut if selected.

It is great to have Josh Schiller back in the midfield after his season was cut short after round 4 in 2019 with a shoulder injury.

Our skipper Tom Keough will play up forward along with tall forward Riley Thilthorpe.

Jack Agostino suffered concussion on the weekend and will not play round 1.

Parking is available at the North Car Park (accessible off Pennington Tce) – $15 payable upon entry by card only.

Our reserves play on Saturday at Prospect where we will see many of our new recruits for the first time. They play at 11:30am where entry is free and there is a 300 person limit. Games can also be viewed via digital pass.
