COVID-19 Statement – AFLW

In response to the global COVID-19 pandemic, WAFC wishes to advise that the upcoming AFLW match at Hisense Stadium, beginning on Sunday 15^th March, will still go ahead, however fans are advised to not attend the venue.

West Adelaide Football Club is following advice from the relevant authorities while aiming to protect the health of the public, players and match officials.

Fans are encouraged to exercise caution by avoiding the ground and instead, enjoying the game live on channel 7.

Hisense Stadium will be strictly inaccessible to the public and there will be no food and beverage options made available. There will also be no shaded areas or public car parking. Our licensed premises – Westies Bar and Bistro will open as per their usual Sunday trading hours (kitchen closed).

The situation is changing rapidly and WAFC is in daily communications with relevant authorities to make sure we have the most up to date information. We will continue to follow the best advice and protocols in relation to future events.
