Club Statement

The West Adelaide Football Club wishes to advise of the resignation of Richard Sykes from the board, effective immediately.

Mr Sykes offered his resignation which was accepted by the Board.

The resignation creates a casual vacancy on the Board, which may be filled by the Board (per 13.3 of the Constitution). The Director appointed to fill the casual vacancy shall hold office until the Annual General Meeting.
